Furry Jailed for Raping Bitches

Furries turned in one of their own after they saw him having sex with his two dogs, leading to his arrest.
The 21-year-old man, a resident of Washington State, was witnessed engaging in sex with his two malamutes (similar to huskies) by a pair of other furries (whether intentionally or not is unclear), who took exception and reported him to authorities.
The gender of his dogs is not clear, but it seems likely they were female.
Police took a dim view of his bestial relationship with his pets and he was soon convicted of animal cruelty. He faces a 30 day jail sentence, and is banned from owning animals for two years.
He also faces a “deviancy evaluation,” the results of which will doubtless be interesting.
His dogs have been confiscated and given to new owners.

Okay, so get this: I have a "furry" friend. People on the 'internets' call him it simply because he:
1, likes furry fanfiction/comics
2, likes furry art and draws furry art
But he totaly dislikes yiff and zoophilia(he hates that soo hard), and he doesn't think that he's an animal inside. He simply likes the goddamn art. Problem with it? Furry is too an umbrella term, as it covers too much stuff. Like others mentioned, the fandom (and the term) itself is very diverse.
I must say this is the very first case I ever heard abour raping animals.

To be honest, I agree in most areas but there's a bit more to it than that. I've known some furries who were nice, polite people. So long as they didn't try to get me into their 'fandom' I was usually okay with them. However, there are PLENTY of crazy ones out there (this goes for most interests though, I'll admit) that stand out and scare people like me away from furries in general because they seem to be the most common sort to find you.
So long as a furry doesn't try to get me into their kink and doesn't actually have sex with animals (yes, I know that many do not have this wish at all but I've personally encountered three who do. I will admit that I tend to attract the crazies at an alarming rate, though.) then I'm personally fine with them.
