The latest episode of K-ON! introduced the show’s 5th band member, Azusa, with a number of changes to its OP, although the ED remains as before.

It's an all-girl's school, so the chances of getting a male member are incredibly slim.
If they ever do get one (probably a relative or visitor from another school) it should either be a charming bishounen or a shouta to fit in with the cute girls.
