mostly later in life. and not all breasts (even large ones) sag so much that they look horrible by any extent. If you want to find breasts that have no potential of sagging you better just convert to a petanko fan now... just remember, breasts grow during pregnancy too. Breasts never stay looking the same forever.
best to just enjoy them while they look good, keep worrying about the future and you'll miss all of the good that's in the present.
