Did that guy really raep around 70 girls? Or was it just some “bragging”, because they can’t sue him for the other raeps since there are no such victims?

On another note, I would like to ask about your opinion of the low statistics of Japan. Could there really be a significant number of unnreported cases due to that”safe face” – attitude in Japan ( just heard of it, dunno much about their culture in detail)?

Well, one of my reasons for visiting Sankaku are indeed such stories, but I’m getting kinda confused about how Japan is supposed to be such a safe country. I mean, hentai teachers getting away with pay cuts and rapists only getting pay fines, middle schoolers legally prostituting themselves, cp possesion legal…
