I've seen the below picture before, and tried it on myself as well. Now I could do it without instructions; it's just that easy. But the above instruction seems more confident for some situations, and for use on males, since it splits around the tackle.

As informative as these instructions are, I imagine you'd be hard-pressed to find a tangible subject as willing to go through the entire procedure with a cute smile.
