Most titles which were ported to PS2 usually gets a reverse port back onto PC with the extra contents from PS2 version(eg. ToHeart2 XRATED). And you get the ero scenes back. The only titles that you would miss are those that only sees a console release, like game adaptations of anime(eg. Kanokon, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu). Again those are really fan-oriented. If don't like the anime to begin with, you are probably not gonna enjoy the game.
