  If you took the time to read the light novel all the way to the end, you would know that Taiga and Ryuji get together and plan to get married, then this would be the next step afterward. Even though the light novel leads us to believe they get married (but does not mention it) then this would be the ‘eventual’ outcome. Hell, the visual novel is based upon the light novel, so this would be logical then. Idiot.
