Hentai warrioress anime Queen’s Blade is shaping up to be as much a battle between censors and fans as it is a battle between busty maidens.

The latest episode, heavily censored on terrestrial TV and on YouTube (just as before), is an example of this, with quite the sales push in favour of the DVDs in evidence.

In particular the mass naked lady event that is the Queen’s Blade OP and ED has seen much additional coverage…

Queen’s Blade Cosplay AV Pointless?

Philippines Bans Loli: “Hentai is Child Pornography”

The Philippines has moved to ban all loli porn, or “hentai” in its wording; a Congressional statement then describes “hentai” as “the Japanese pornographic cartoon that depicts children in explicit sexual activity.”

Offenders face up to 12 years in prison for possession of such drawings.

The law is being promoted by both Catholics and feminists.
