Amazingly, I am going to try and do real exercise. I need to lose some wait and what better way to do it than to fap and do sit-ups at the same time.
Don't do sit-ups. They are very bad for the spine. I recommend crunches as a great alternative.
I would direct you to scoobysworkshop.com for a bit of reference. Even if you don't want 6pack abs, this guy has some very true things to say about loosing fat, food and exercises.
