A man was so incensed at a couple who “humiliated” his dog that he felt he had no recourse but to bludgeon them to death with a log.
The man (20), a resident of the former Soviet republic of Belarus, was apparently out walking his dog when an inebriated couple began teasing it.
Also being drunk, he took particular exception to this, and according to police “hit the man with a log, and, afterwards, finished off the sobered up woman”,
He was soon arrested on two counts of murder, and was also found to have previous convictions.
He admits to the crime, saying he did it “out of love for his dog.”
We do not hear what will become of his beloved dog.
