Not too long ago we saw similar scenes, thought of transformation sequences, shrugged it off and waited two minutes for it to end. Nowadays we can celebrate each and every second of swimsuit/bikini/underwear-scenes we get.

i've seen this on ANIMAX Philippines (the seperate feed of ANIMAX Asia for Pinoy Audience/Advertsiers)...
and looks to me that they have not censored it in anyway, though it's not that clear...
i guess because this programme was broadcasted in compressed 16:9 with the letterbox (but i have a feedling that they have also cropped it to 16:10 or 14:9 like Al Jazeera and BBC World News)

The PC version was translated, but the game sucks. But as with all eroges, you don't play them because you want to play a game, right? Anyway, the character design is taken from the PS3 remake, which is 1000 times better but has no ero part.
Except for the fact Arthur seems even more retarded looking than before in my eyes...
