You guys are certainly a paranoid lot. When I saw this picture for the first time I thought it was two women. Still do.
Mind you that Cammy is not the most attractive of women, but I think she still falls in the appropriate range. She is rather slim hipped which is worrisome to a degree, but makes up for it to a degree with appropriately slim arms.
We may never quite ascertain Cammy's true gender unless we can find a front-facing picture of her. May be difficult to hide with the outfit he/she is wearing.
