Actually it makes a damn lot of sense if you stop and think about it for a quick moment! …..To preserve as much “farm land” as possible from the damn real estate developers tenacles of greed. One should develop “rural” ultra high density living quarters. One does need to preserve as much prime farm land as possible!! The idiot “developers” here in my “Central Valley” of California.
