    I'm amazed at how comfortable people seemed to be sitting or lying in those streets; they were so gross, I'd not even want to WALK on them.

    It makes me glad I don't drink (nor hang out with others when they're drinking).

    I assume that this site is for to talk about anime, eroge, japan, etc ... not to talk about the defects from other countries. I was quite upset when I saw the pictures, and discomfort became more angry when I saw offensive comments to a nation mereze respect. Many people who commented here said things that offended or simply criticized the United Kingdom. It was then that I thought

    WHY NOT LOOK UP as deeply into society of his own country before criticizing others?

    you knew that your country may have worst defects?

    I am really upset.

    If you want to laugh at another country, laught first of your country (I live in Venezuela), but I have great respect for the developed nations.

    Before ending (even if I lack a lot to write but I will summarize) I want replies of the following questions :

    What is more pathetic?

    The person which collected and published the photos, or people who laugh at the faults of other societies as a circus?

    Instead of laughing (I will not generalize), you should make an effort to improve society on your country.

    I apologize for my english (I know that it's isn't good, but I hope that you know how I feeling).

    Isn't my intention to offend anyone, I just want to say what I think and feel.

    NOTE: In comparation with my country, Venezuela it's a HOLY SHIT!!!...idiot president.....rotten society....etc

    This site is aimed primarily at misanthropic weeaboo who get off on judging others and consider themselves intellectually superior and cultured despite the fact that they consider it okay to be prejudiced against others. The truth is that many of the commenters, even the ones who spew scathing words of hate against the Welsh, secretly envy some of the people in the article (not all of them mind you, but some) because they are having fun. We see people going out with their friends, drinking, enjoying life, urinating in alleyways, etc. Most of the commentors here don't have many friends. They have their own insecurities and complexes that they try to hide by acting superior to others. I would even say that the commentors here are of the same caliber of man as the people in this gallery. I'm sure that the monday after, when they where sobered up most of them went to work, or to school, and contributed to society. Notice that they are all young people, I'm sure that in a few years these people will be more mature and their priorities would shift to that of supporting their families or advancing their careers. One can only be young once after all. What many of these comentors don't understand is that these young Welsh men are not much different than them, they just spend their weekends getting shit-faced drunk and enjoying life, as opposed to jacking off to Hentai and posting on the internet their opinion that all Welsh, Chinese and Korean people are subhuman and deserve death.

    tl;dr, this is a site for misanthropic assholes by misanthropic assholes, a veritable weeaboo circle jerk.

    Well, I figure that if someone reads this message and is in same way, affected by it, to the effect that that might be less critical of others, maybe stereotype people less and realize that that these people are not much different from them, then I have accomplished something. If some of the people here can take a good hard look at themselves and realize that there is nothing to be gained by hating on others and pretending to be superior (As if they are fooling anyone), then I have accomplished something. Now, obviously most of you people don't give a shit about respect, and tact and things like that. In fact you are probably all laughing and calling me a newfag, or a moralfag, perhaps trying to find my myspace page so you can vandalize it or something. But, deep in your hearts you know, that you are cold empty soulless people, desperately searching for a meaning in a world that you have long since given up on. You are desperate and lonely and praying that you may someday find what it is that your lives are missing. perhaps I can lead people one step closer to finding that the answer is love. Perhaps one of you might decide in the future, that hating on people is kinda lame and maybe one should tone it down a bit (instead of saying that the Welsh are subhuman creatures that are on a level lower than animals, why not just say that they are dumbasses?). Maybe, just maybe, somebody on this site will come to realize that what they are doing wrong in life and how to change direction, and to treat others with respect and understanding, now for most of you it's hopeless, but not for all.

    I live in Mexico, and here, you *do not* see such bullshit happening on the streets. Hell, even drinking in the street is illegal and grounds for a one-night detention. Everything nasty we do, we do it inside the house or place where we're partying.

    Major UK cities are cleaned overnight, so this type of crazy mess the drunkards make tends to all be gone by the morning - you can rest easy that First World countries are actually cleaner than Third World ones. *rolls eyes*

    I live in London and I've never seen this type of behaviour personally, but I know it goes on. It depends where you spend your time; just like OMG REVELATION - every developed nation in the world! All the people commenting that this kind of thing doesn't happen in their country; sorry to burst your bubble but I can almost guarantee it does; just because you don't see it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.     This pretty much looks like any City Centre round England / UK on a Friday or Saturday Night.

    I'm not much for the Club Scene (Social Leper), but one night in my local Chicago's pretty much showed me all I needed to see of this sort of thing.

    There has been a bit of a clampdown on this in some towns, but this all looks pretty familiar.

    But the prices for alcohol is still pretty cheap all round and that is what draws them in really. Have to say Leeds isn't too bad, neither Wakefield. But when I went to Bradford it was equivelant to this lol..ah rave parties. Though Leeds has been slipping lately, wonder if that's because more drinkers are flocking there or the police have been slack, or not enough of police XD.

    Sure you may be doing your best to not be biased by classifying all those articles about other countries as showing "rowdiness", but in effect you're ignoring the difference in the levity of an article about drunks compared to ones about executions or sex slaves.

    That is not to say I'd be fine with those types of articles if there were more about domestic spying in the UK or death penalty in the US. I just think that any articles like those don't really have a place in a site about anime/mange/H/games/Japan.

    Pretty much all of humanity is f***ed up. This isn't even the worst that the streets have to offer.

    It's how Civilization works - corruption raises exponentially with the quality of life. That is to say, little natural threats in a society of abstract thinkers will always result in behavior that does not benefit of the species. You can look at it as simple evolution on a higher level - random mutations appear, and the useful ones will survive. The rest get discarded. Nature is a bitch isn't it?

    When drunk, Chinese can become quite violent. Men's especially have a very short temper. It doesn't look funny at all, but it is cleaner.

    Couldn't agree more. It's funny how it's acceptable (well more) among the West to act like this compared to other foreign communities when drunk.

    I don't know why some people are comparing this with China since I highly doubt it's anything like this when it comes to drunks, for that matter most Asian communities lol. It's a 'White Thing' as my Sociology teacher calls it. In my experience most of them ain't too bad, but it can get real ugly. My mate has been glassed because some idiot walked into him and spilt his own drink @_@ and yes...sport related riots, kind of pathetic really but then again it's worse in Poland.     Kinda related, my friend's dad went to Russia for a wedding a while ago. Him and his other friend left fairly early in the night, which was lucky, because it turns out that the party turned into a riot that killed two people.
