Code Geass R2 DVD 8 Totally Reborn

The eighth Code Geass R2 DVD and Blu-ray release borders on a remake, with one episode subject to so many changes that “it’s hard to find a scene which wasn’t changed.”
There were some particularly famous weaknesses in the original TV version of episode 20, which fans are gratified to see have all been corrected.

An example of DVD marketing done right? Of course, it would have been ideal for the errors to have not crept in at all, but such is the production process…

Feel like wasted all those times trying to download the episodes when the DVD version is probably going to be fansubbed soon. Well whatever, doesn't make a difference to the story at all does it? Will find some time to watch this next week..... =D

As much as people were laughing at the stupid animation when they saw the stills, when simply watching the anime, I and my friends never noticed any shoddy animation.
The TV release quality is good enough for me.
Aren't these changes for the DVD too? Just not the Blu-ray...

It's been confirmed that their they're both dead...
Only the 魔王 part of Lelouch is confirmed to be dead.
His awakening as 魔神 is shown in the first few seconds of Season 1 Stage 1. The entirety of Code Geass is C.C.'s reflection of what happened before His awakening.

Well since I'm nowhere near a fan of R2, I guess I got to atleast give the revised episodes a look.
And about Lelouch coming back... No... Just no. They've confirmed he's dead, if they brought him back to life it would kill the Geass franchise.
They got a better chance of making a prequel about C.C./V.V./or Charles Vi Brittania than they do with bringing Lelouch back...

Tbh, the old drawing suited the anime more, suzaku's spinzaku kick with that face is just priceless. The different style of art is what makes CG, CG.
