A man who recruited a 16-year-old girl for his delivery health business has been arrested, and it transpires that he employed no less than 23 schoolgirls of various ages in his schoolgirl dispatch business; the girls would be sent to hotels to have sex with clients.
The case came to light when a runaway schoolgirl (16) was introduced to the business by a friend, being told it was “a nice earner.” After an interview with the proprietor, after which he had sex with her, she began work.
Selling herself for money was not a problem at this stage, and she received ¥13,000 a time (out of a total of ¥20-30,000), serving by her own admission “30 or 40 customers” over six months.
Eventually, she came to dislike the work, and decided to get everyone arrested, reporting the matter to police.
The proprietor, a 27-year-old “unemployed” man, has been charged with violations of child welfare laws over employing the schoolgirl, and for having sex with her.
He admits the charges, saying “The under-eighteens do as they’re told, so I employed under-eighteens.” His tout, who would solicit customers online, was also arrested.
Police estimate the manager made ¥7,000,000 over a year of operation.
