well i think this charges r stupid, i mean, i too am against child pornography but its not like the girl was forced to do anything and shes 11years i think she knows whats right and wrong at least, if she doesnt its her parents fault for not educating her so. but anyway what i realy think that is stupid is the sentence. I think lolicon, as in 2D, is more protected in the States than it is in the UK and Canada, both of which seem to have laws on the books specifically outlawing the stuff. In the US, the law is much more vague on the status of lolicon, and I can still see the First Amendment holding up as a defense of its legality.

Of course, none of that will stop the post office from confiscating your doujins and possibly getting authorities involved over some drawings a sweaty guy made in his tiny Japanese apartment for a small amount of money, but who imports that stuff anyway?
