I remember those shows well and the reason of it, is that all the poor animation that is made in USA is brought directly with several years of delay to the Cartoon Network L.A.
Imagine any stupid show that is airing there and in about 2 years it will be here as the very best(a liar of CN).
At least in the time of Street Fighter in the third world existed Locomotion (rest in peace)

Honestly as a Street Fighter fan I enjoyed watching the US Street Fighter cartoon, it may be a plague to many but its good for laughs.

Those were some excellent rape faces.

The pics you saw were Western version of Street Fighter "cartoons" that ran during the 90s(i saw few episodes of it and thought i won't live to tell the tale but Sankaku did it,nowi suffered some relapses.Geez,thanks.).Intentionally i coined it as cartoons because "anime" is different than "cartoons".Yup,that crappy show is same as Van Damme crappy movie version and it has nothing to do with the continuity.Just a lame excuse merchandising with the likes of U.S. Nintendo-produced Captain N.The nightmare..... by the way,Chun-li's shower scenes created a lot of buzz in the otaku community during that time.Male hormones overflowing.

The only thing that the cartoon was loyal to the game is Guile overusing Sonic Boom, which perfectly depicts gamers who spam the same single special move over and over again..

Only good thing about the cartoon was in the 2nd episode. Chun Li fanservice, anyone?
