ThinkGeek is awesome. They have too many cool stuff there, but most of them are just way overpriced... ($1600 keyboard anyone?) Also, $30+shipping is going to kill me. Not cheap, not cheap at all....
In some states in the US you are actually quite capable in walking around in public with a weapon so long as it is exposed. Check your local laws of course before you walk around with any weapon or imitation item.
Texas allows it as long as you have it visible and in a strapped holster. However nobody's opted for a sword over the usual six shooter.

Actually in most places, you'll get pulled over non-stop, but the most you'll get is a bunch of bad looks from police officers.
They can't arrest you for something you haven't done.
(Unless you're brandishing it as a katana, then you're fucked.)
(Also unless you walk onto government or school property, then you're also fucked and at the very least they can nail you for trespassing)
