I used to be obsessed with this game called "Stars" ... among the many galactic conquering alien empires I designed was one which could breed on transport ships. Eventually the population on these transports grew 10x greater than the combined population of the entire galaxy.
At that point, I discovered that dropping my citizens onto enemy planets from high orbit was a valid tactic even on worlds with 99.9% orbital defense coverage.
Never quite saw them as loli though...
