It seems Japanese RPG publishers are convinced the western gamer will never have any truck with funny Chinese cartoons, for we hear that upcoming oppai RPG Star Ocean 4 will be stripping out plenty of its anime visuals in favour of Final Fantasy-esque computer graphics, which when combined with the completely English dub will help spare the American consumer the distaste of having to deal with anything too foreign.

Anican (a free anime and tokusatsu centric newspaper) has published the results of its extensive 2008 Reader’s poll awards.
The number of categories included is somewhat overwhelming, but obviously Macross F pulled out an excellent showing by receiving the #1 spots in both the Anime / Tokusatsu and the Overall Grand Award categories.

Happy news for Tales fans arrives in the form of confirmation that Xbox 360 “exclusive” Tales of Vesperia, the latest of Namco’s home console “mothership” titles, is to be adapted into a theatrical anime, to be released in 2009.
Other details are scarce, but given the quality of recent Tales anime we might be well served by this.

Claiming “I was tricked!”, the young strumpet reported him to police for non-payment after having sex with him unawares of the deficient payment, and police threw the book at the cheeky man.
