Well, when downloading the MP3 that way the song fades out. Unlike how the video just loops without fading at the end. That's what it's doing to me anyway, so maybe he's experiencing the same thing?

Download and save the vid. It could be either a flv movie or a video in some other format (I recommend zoom player to watch it.)
As for the music, there are various programs to rip music from the vids.

Ah, the double-edged sword becomes readily apparent. By Nico being conveniently embeddable into Sankaku, fucking idiots feel the need to post "lol funay" that before this never happened, because they were too stupid to work around a Nico account. I always disable scrolling text when a Nico vid is posted here, since there's nothing worse than watching a MAD, and then seeing an English comment that makes me facepalm so hard that it leaves a mark.
