Come to Canada (I can only speak for the Toronto area). The GO line is luxurious and the TTC is also very clean. Almost never crowded.
Except the GO has too many delays. And the TTC is a poor service outside the subways (which covers only a small area, then you need to bus to get where you need to go, or walk a fair bit... even downtown.) I've seen much better transit systems in the States, Europe, and parts of Asia.

I've read that the usual chinese citizen can't care less about anything that doesn't involves them directly. You could poop 5cm away from someones doorstep, and it won't be his concern anymore, as an example. Don't know if its true, but this train sort of proves it.
