That dot is an eye- Asuna doesn't have wings, she's being carried by a bird. Look at her waist, you'll see orange legs, and from there on it's easy to åiece together.

When I saw the first picture, before seeing the proportion comparison one. I initially thought Ayaka's bewbs ain't big enough.
