The third Mahou Sensei Negima OAD brings with it some questionable and unwelcome scenes:

Poor, though whether it is legendarily so is not clear. Certainly, it is not all at this level. They would have done better to stick to oppai.

The white bit is a part of the wing, but the black dot is kinda strange. and about the wings themselves...read the manga and you'll know.

That dot is an eye- Asuna doesn't have wings, she's being carried by a bird. Look at her waist, you'll see orange legs, and from there on it's easy to åiece together.
I bet all the production studios look everday at Sankaku Complex and then when they see their work listed someone yells "OK WHO FUCKED UP!?!?"

2 Questions: what's wrong in the last picture? and what is the meaning of OAD? (don't you mean OVA)
OAD stands for Original Animation DVD, basically, OVA bundled on a DVD with the manga.

For the first picture is it actually a panning scene? I need to see the whole thing in motion before I can comment further.
For the second picture, the camera position supposed to be above the characters (bird eye), so in this case, when the character moved near the camera, they would be positioned way down and not just zoomed from their original position.
Btw, If you want to get the character from the first picture to second picture look like that, then the camera must be positioned in the middle height of the character.. probably at hip height.
Of course it's probable that the camera actually in the middle height of the character and that the final result is actually bottom cropped... but basically, like the first one, I can't comment any further whether the scene feels right or not unless I see the whole thing.
And what's wrong with the third one?
I think this whole stuff is blown out of proportion... kinda like Birdy dream scene taken as an indication for the whole anime.
agreed. true animation fail deserves a spotlight for sure, but this level of nitpicking and hysteria for their own sake is where i think we can draw the line.
animators have insanely hard jobs and they don't owe us anything.

To be honest, the first picture looks like more than one screenshot put together. Either that or it's photoshopped.

It looks like that because it isn't one screencap, but three put together. That is, it's taken from a part where the camera moves up/down, not showing the character in whole on the screen.
