A guitar master has provided an impressive rendition of Final Fantasy VII’s “Those Who Fight Further”, utilising some impressive technique and reaping the rewards of NicoNico fame, such as they are.
At least equal to the guitar version of Night of Nights?
Guitars are just one of the many instruments we see turned to the serious business of recreating game music; from violins to organs, there are many more…
There are also some other interesting instrument versions visible on the forums, even including a flute version of Night of Nights. Feel free to share anything of interest.

I'd rather listen to Rasite's guitar cover or Powerglove's or Armcannon's arrangements.
Nice picture and video! Too bad I can't appreciate this kind of music, however good they are...
Compare this with Night of nights version? Are you guys kidding? Those who fight further require way more skill and concentration than NON. This is a piece of work, with LOTS of different tunes and melodies, and variations in the tempo. Night of nights, involves just a basic tune played at a fast speed, over and over again. In terms of Skills that video sucks in compare with this one.
I must concur!!!
He showed MAD skills, I mean c'mon are seriously saying that Night of Nights is better than this???!!!
C'mon If you people really know how to play guitar you would know how ridiculous this guy is!
Seriously.
Night of Nights is sincerely easier. This arrangement's a whole lot more difficult to make and perform. It doesn't even compare. At all.
In fact, the Black Mages version isn't even THAT difficult and I'd only put it above this version due to the drums and such. This guitar arrangement is definitely more impressive than the original lead.
u kick ass dude, ROCKs !!!
Damnit I wanna take some steroids and go lift like 9000 pounds now to this song XD
oo nice
i always love this funtwo style shit. That was friggin awesome.
I dunno why, but i feel the need to say "Pic unrelated" here... maybe ive been surfing /b/ too much... either way, i love this song 8D
This is really surprising. I watched this last night at 1:00AM, and now, 15 hours later, it got deleted. :(
Does anyone have the full quality flash version of the video? Is there a way to retrieve deleted Nico files? Someone please help me out here. I want to make a mp3 file out of the best FFVII Those Who Fight Further cover imho.
Yep it got deleted, please somewhere else where i can watch it?
wtf?! There's the link just 2 comments above yours! O_o

I don't believe you people! This is obviously fake. He just attached the Final Fantasy: Crisis Core OST song to a video showing himself play the guitar!
lol I was going to say that
The Black Mages rocks :D
The guitarwork is certainly authentic, even if he's actually unplugged, and the rest is just overdubs and MIDI.
... And now it's been taken down due to "copyright infringement". WTF?
no mention of the black mages or powerglove in here?
impressive guitar none the lest but ill stick to those two bands if i wanna hear those who fight further.
AWESOME! \m/
Totally awesome. Wonder if there's a youtube version of this. I've tried lookin it up, but there are none. Hopefully someone can import this to youtube. The program I use can't detect this video playin, so I can't save it. :(
I've used http://www.vid-dl.net/ to download videos off of Nico before and it seems to still work. Aside from that programs like Orbit also works pretty well as well.
I hate to say this, but this is far better than Kurikinton Fox's version...
Night of Nights is ten folds better.
I still think http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm3708701 is my favourite guitar rendition of any song I like, but I'm probably just mesmerized by his guitar.
Well, Night of Nights is definitely more difficult... however both are awesome guitarists.
I love this song. It always gets me pumped up for a battle.
Nice Yuffie picture! :D
lol my thots exactly
wonder where it came from
There's an upgraded version available.
4thed ?
certainly the one who write the posts know how to lure people to read.
Very impressive.
This has nothing on night of nights, but its good.
I kinda dissaprove of the pic...
Yuffie's not supposed to be that well endowed... T.T
But then again I am biased, DFC ftw...
Ah well, I guess I can't always have everything.
Melon Yuffie?
It's a LIE....
let me correct: a fappable lie.
This brings back memories. Oh shit random battle!
Actually it's the boss theme.
Epic.
