Baka-yarou manga Minami-ke is set to receive an OVA attached to the sixth volume of the compiled manga; the OAD/manga will be going on sale June 23rd.
Production is entirely to order, so pre-ordering a copy is advisable, if the next sentence does not put you off:

Yes, I really would like the answer to this question. As far as I know, even asread's staunchest "defenders" admit that season 1 was better, and most people seem to despise asread at this point. Why does whoever owns the rights keep giving them to the studio that inspires loathing and reduces sales? It just doesn't make any sense.
Between this and the many debacles surrounding Haruhi S2, I'm starting to wonder if someone is just out to destroy anime from within.

Minami-ke Okawari = 2nd season
Minami-ke Okaeri = 3rd season
I must be strange cause I didn't dislike okawari. The only thing I didn't like about it, was that fuyuki kid. Thank goodness they got rid of him.

I hate it that people dislike the series due to asread animating it. It's a given that first season was the best season and had the best quality animation out of all 3 seasons. But all people just complain, complain, and yup you guessed it complain.

I'm translating the serie here in Brazil for the people who likes this serie and they say the same thing... everybody is liking the 3rd season of Minami-ke...

I think the third season has been good so far. The design's quality has certainly been poor in certain scenes, but it was nothing that made me feel like they weren't even trying.
Anyway, I've enjoyed Okaeri so far, and the episode which involved Hosaka and uhh... that new girl were quite awesome. All the same, it's bound to be awesome if Hosaka is there.
