When I saw this earlier, the only thing I thought was that Sankaku is definitely going to report on this.

Hopefully, the next season of To Aru Majutsu no Index turns out to be focused on Birirbiri (To Aru Majutsu no Railgun anyone?) instead of just Index.
Not that I'm knocking Index's Moe Factor...
They've already gone that direction with a manga spin off. To Aru Kagaku no Choudenjibou (Scientific Railgun instead of Magical Index)
Index is a rather schizophrenic series, outside of specific arcs the most you'll get is Touma being somehow involved in the center of everything (and the current TV story doesn't even have that!)
When I saw this up on ANN about a year ago I didn't anticipate or believe it was anything special.
When I started watching it, I loved the comedy in the first few eps. Then came the blood scenes, and after that was the ecchi scenes.
Now it's one of my favorite ongoing shows from last year.
