A mangaka has been arrested after he groped a schoolgirl’s breasts on a bus.
It appears he came upon a high school girl on her way home one evening on a bus, and opted to familiarise himself with her in fashion more associated with trains.
He was not arrested at the scene, but police later caught up with him the next day at a bus terminal in the city, where he was recognised thanks to a portrait prepared by police. To complete his hentai image, he was wearing a red beret in the French fashion…
He has been charged with violating anti-nuisance ordinances, and admits his wrongdoing.

The mangaka in question, イタガキノブオ / Nobuo Itagaki (his pen name), has previously (some years ago) been published in “Comic Fantasy” magazine extensively, and is (not) well known for his major work “Nekomushi”, a story about a feline caterpillar.
At least he was only a hentai, rather than an actual hentai mangaka, although the manga above might cause us to doubt this…
