They often do. It's generally easier (for novices) to find the fansubbed versions than it is the originals.

Old raws tend to turn extinct after a while, but there's almost always a seed or some method of downloading the subtitled version, especially if the group takes care to keep their releases seeded.
Even worse, many people don't seem to realize they can actually turn softsubs off :( (Don't know if that was the case here though)
Probably not. If all the subs were in pink like that, I would gander it's likely a.f.k.'s hardsubs.
