A rather useful tool emerges for those of you interested in creating your own 2D anime girls but would rather not deal with the painstaking task of drawing.

Given the right tweaking, a very large variety of characters can be created. Those interested in a more involved (and erotic) option will want to check out the now legendary eroge 3D Custom Girl.

Well I was just wondering, was this the same that made Face Maker 3? The interface looks strikingly similar to that of Face Maker. I did this avatar here on Face Maker! =D
When trying this I again realized how much pain it is that the world don't use a common character set.
It wasn't just that I needed to run the program in japanese mode, I had to run 7-zip in japanese mode as well so it extracted the files with the correct file names. -_-;
Can I ask how I add the tweaks, and how I change the outfits?

Though I've seen this quite a while ago, it's still pretty fun to play around with =P... the Japanese wikipedia uses some characters made from this program to portray the different hairstyles of anime/manga characters... that's where I found it.
its sad i know but honestly it took me a few weeks to realize quen wrote articles on the site too.
Oh God. Now a million of these will pop up on art sites because people think they are original characters.
