Good Smile Company have made this rather striking special Good Smile Nendoroid Hatsune Miku version as a prize for “Photocon”, an event dealing with photography and the like.
Very striking indeed. It’s a one-off, so weep. They promise some other “special” versions as prizes too.

This is not related to the figure(very nice) at all, but I LOLed when I saw an ad of Good Smile in the middle of Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo 4. I´m not lying, chek when they´re travelling in the space road
Well, I've notice all the major companies that I'm guessing are (well, some for sure) sponsoring that anime have their names plastered all over an ep or two. In fact, I do recall seeing the logos for GSC, Lantis (record label/company), ASCII Media Works, COSPA (cosplay merchandise company), BushiRoad, Ichijinsha (dunno about this one) in the first ep when you watch what's-her-name floatin' down the spaceway to get to school. It's starts at around ~2:04 of Ep 1, give or take.
Nothing wrong with sponsor plugs, I guess.
GSC is in the opening as sponsor and there was already their logo in first episode too :P
GSC makes me weep just for having this as a prize-only for their contest even though it's just a repaint but still TAT

How about lowering the price on the original Miku Nendo, tired of it being $10 higher than all the others wherever I look.
