Another inexplicable case of TV chaos?

The fifth volume of Mahoromatic creator (and Kiss×sis illustrator) Bow Ditama’s ecchi manga ファイト一発!充電ちゃん!! / Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! brings a variety of interesting news; firstly,the manga is due for an anime adaptation.
Secondly, it manages to include some rather strong Strike Witches loli parody material, which you see below.
Thirdly, it comes with a sexy pin-up, visible above, which makes interesting use of bodypaint…

The latest Vocaloid MAD currently enjoying considerable success on Nico is the new Smooooch・∀・ × VOCALOID, a video featuring all the key virtual idols.

Nearly a thousand players of Final Fantasy XI, apparently some 1% of the total global server population, have been punished after an item duplication bug spread across the servers, tempting many into exploits which are explicitly forbidden by all MMORPGs.
The offences of 550 were so egregious that Square Enix felt they had to be permanently banned outright, without recourse, whilst another 400 were suspended temporarily for lesser offences.
One high level account deleted is reputed to have contained ultra-rares (“relics”) worth a putative $50,000 or more (although these numbers are of course contingent upon a sale actually being made).

A conflagration erupted at an Akihabara construction injured nine and caused spectacular scenes as emergency personnel and their vehicles packed streets and smoke clogged the air.
Nine construction workers were hospitalized with injuries from smoke inhalation, and one man was severely injured by same.

Shogakukan, the mega-publishing house behind many famous manga magazines such as Shounen Sunday (and incidentally also an owner of North American anime/manga company Viz Media), announced the results for their 54th Annual Manga Awards earlier this week.
The winners of this year’s awards are all likely unknown to most international fans, but in past years the Shogakukan awards have been bestowed to popular series such as Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, Inu-Yasha and Detective Conan.
