I see the text with underneath a preview picture of the video (in low quality), then I press the play button and the video starts except it doesn’t show the video, only the scrolling text en the time runs as expected as well.
Anybody a suggestion?

  I haven’t seen a single video.. only loads of text. Registering is annoying, but it seems to be the only way to actually watch the videos for me.

  It does that sometimes when the servers are under heavy load. It’ll switch to a low quality mode if you’re a non-premium user. In that mode sometimes videos are out of sync, it might have difficulty accessing the comment/chat servers, or in your case the comment servers loaded but no video. Sometimes the whole thing won’t load at all and you get a pop-up notice(happen very often during Japan’s peak hours).
