See if I get this straight.

If you watch Nico videos through Sankaku around 19:00-02:00 JST (GMT +9) you will get a poor quality version. Other times you will get the full version?

    ok, finally fixed the darn thing. What you have to do is go to status and settings under the norton internet security menu panel. You have to totally disable the privacy control option or else it will block all data from being sent out, even if you have it on the lowest setting. TL;DR- Turn off the privacy control and bam, it works

    That is great to hear, Artefact. Congrats on getting the approval from Nico, now Sankaku will be over 9000!!!! I did want to register to Nico but didn’t bother cause I can’t freaking understand Japanase (well, I’m trying at least) but wow, never expect this to happen at all….. Anyway, I would so totally donate to SC if I had money (and a credit card/paypal account) so like yeah, you guys totally deserve credit for the effort….
