Japanese sizes and American sizes are not the same. w
B cups in America can equal to a C to a D depending on the fit, plus pretty much all Japanese bras are padded so they're also judged differently.
If memory serves, Japanese and Euro sizes are the same, British sizes are slightly different, and American sizes are even more so.
