You can get contact lense in Asia that make your eyes look bigger. They are like regular colour contact lense except the colour part extend way beyond your iris.
It’s actually quite common. You can get them anywhere and a lot of girls wear them to make their eyes seem bigger and cuter.
They are proven last month by some universities in Australia to damage vision if worn for long period of time though.

But yeah with makeup, photoshop, and those enlarging lenses, even ugly chicks can look like this
frankly… those kinds of contacts… make them look creepy, but yeah… that’s just my opinion
I don’t /think/ they’re shooped… It’s possible, but if you look, she’s got her eyes open really wide, and she’s wearing heavy eyeliner set far from her eyes to enhance the illusion of them being larger than they are.
She also might be wearing those “Cosplay Contacts” which make your iris look way bigger than it should.
I think she wore “the big eye lens” and then use the fake eye thingy (what is the name of that thing?) put up, a little over the real eye, so it’s look more big and gorgeous (looks like korean-style eye drawing),, I think only little enhancement here got shopped, light, noise, skin, freckles… :D
I’m pretty sure those are these special contacts they have in Japan and Asian countries that make your irises look much bigger. But it’s also heavily photoshoped, and badly. Her skin looks like plastic.

pretty good, not sure I’d have attached the name without you mentioning it, but I can ’see it’ my big Q is where’s the big green blanket? This is not Kiri’s blanket! Also Kiri doesn’t really so much have a prt in front of her face as does she just let her hair down.
