The poses really aren't the same, and at least with the 00 opening there is an element of symbolism to the poses. With Precure it's just girls with feathers, as far as I can tell

"honestly, i don't really see any issues from it since old concepts are renewed and reused all the time. somebody's just trying to stir the pot, so to speak. the people complaining should be the affected company, not the fans.
if toei had issued a lawsuit against sunrise then i would take this article seriously. otherwise, 2ch or anyone else who issued this ought to be sued for libel if sunrise considers such public statements as damaging to their business. " => (got this from other forums and I damn Agree!!)

On what grounds do the OP of Gundam 00 s2 copied the OP of Precure? I started counting precure and they have 5 while 00 have only 4 (butterfly passing by a girl). And I noticed the 4 fem's of 00 have serious faces while precure have happy ones. For not being biased why are the people here being bothered of this similarities (not plagiarism) cause the concept of the 2 are different in most ways. If you consider this plagriarism then many other anime must be define also a copycat. Similarities cannot be avoided but for heaven's sake lets judge all them fairly. But if your still biased with this issue the hell are you reading this comment!!! :)

Actually, there IS a pattern. Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny, Code Geass...they all had a final OP that wasn't really......"there" with the rest of them. Just didn't fit it. I think it's a way of saying "it's almost over" and "evrything will be fine"
