The easiest way would probably be to dl them directly from Sankaku, but for the sake of Artefact's server I won't tell you how to do that, unless Artefact gives his approval.
You can also download them from Nico, the best choice for that would be the Nico Downloader Firefox plug-in. I don't recall where to get it right now (I believe it was mentioned in the comment section of some previous article, the Haruna riding machine vid IIRC), but searching for ニコニコ動画ダウンローダ on google should give you some results. Note that you may not always get the best possible quality if you don't have a Nico premium account.
