Schoolboy Busted for Selling Porn to Shotacon

shotacon-crime.jpg

A schoolboy has been charged with violating laws against child prostitution and selling child pornography after he started a small pornographic enterprise selling DVDs to the denizens of a shotacon board.

The youth, a third year high schooler, was found to have advertised his pornographic compilations online, selecting a board dedicated to those with an interest in shota.

“I made it myself, so it’s cheap” – in the first five months of 2008 he apparently sold 35 DVDs, each containing illegal shota related pornography, to three men using the regular postal system. However, the proceeds from these sales was, according to police, a meagre ¥28,000.

It seems the youth was economical with the truth to his customers as well, for he admits “I downloaded the images online whilst I was at home.”

It’s not clear whether he actually made any himself, though presumably it would need additional participants to be illegal given he had apparently turned 18 at the time.

Police were looking to include additional charges against him.

Wait, if the laws are to protect kids, why hold a kid responsible? Doesn't that like..defeat the purpose.

18 - maybe a kid in Japan, but an adult mostly everywhere else... And definitely already capable of cause-and-effect and crime-and-punishment logic, so it's hardly ignorance, innocence, and naivete!

So, was he arrested for selling hentai shota, or pictures of real kids?

I'm sick of these pricks acting like there is no difference between an imaginary drawing and a picture of a real person.

I have to assume they were pictures of him, because I don't see how you could consider shotacon prostitution even if UNICEF did win and it became CP like in all the english nations.

We all wish the mental disorder that is pedophelia didn't exist but it's interesting that it's illegal to own pictures of that crime taking place but not pictures of murder scenes and we know all the sick fucks who fap to rotten.com. Makes you think of thought crime since it's illegal to see it.

Personally I believe this fetish, being contrary to a civilized society is as much a mental disorder now as homosexuality was viewed as by the military in the 40s, except this one involves someone to young to consent so it's more immoral. Not that it isn't arousing as hell. Is that Chris Hansen at my door? I should ge...

    *sigh* not another one....
Pedosexuality is not a mental disorder no matter how much you "normal" people want it to be. Though you are right about comparing it to how homesexuals were viewed in the past. Second the only reason children can't consent is becasue the law assumes they don't know what sex is. Given a good education for the child and massive amounts of resposibily for the pedo, we can live in harmany with you.
We will rise and make the world understand that we are pedo and we are pround!
    Long live the pedoSexual

so is it the boy who made images of himself and sold them, or did he just collect them and sold them as a fellow shota?

"...he admits 'I downloaded the images online whilst I was at home.' It’s not clear whether he actually made any himself,..."

I'm assuming, then, that he just went online and found shotacon pictures to sell to people. I'm not positive they'd be interested in buying pictures of him, since the article says he turned 18 around the time he did it...

He was arrested for this? Was it because he was selling them and he was UNDERAGE...... or just because he was selling these?

Do you read or just type nonsense without thinking?

I clearly read that the he was "charged with violating laws against child prostitution and selling child pornography"

Something that is illegal doesn't necessary mean it is wrong. Usually it is, but there are lots of cases where it isn't...like this one. There is nothing wrong with downloading pictures of ANY kind from the internet. There might be something wrong about how those pictures were made, but that's another story.

    I agree.

However, -paying- for such pictures is a whole other kettle of fish.
