I have to say that while one or two of these are nice enough (the ones where the tentacles serve no purpose other than restraint and/or penis substitute), the vast majority are disturbing for a number of reasons.
I could never find an image of a woman in obvious physical pain to be in any way arousing, especially to the distressing levels displayed in some of these pictures. Even if they characters depicted aren't real it still strikes a bad note with me.

I also cannot fathom the idea of a girl being so deeply (read violently) penetrated that the object of penetration would poke through the stomach, let alone to find such a depiction arousing. It makes me wonder if such exaggerated penetration has it origins in some men's insecurity in the size of their own penis and its penetrative capabilities.

The whole false pregnancy belly (womb full of tentacles/monsters/eggs/etc) thing is, in my opinion, absolutely grotesque as well. Could someone explain to me what is attractive about such a thing? I can understand finding an actual *pregnant* woman attractive but not this weirdness.
