If you take into account the low bandwidth constraints of TV airings, combined with the what I just mentioned, then I think you'll find the DVD is of much superior quality. If you want the resolution boost, play the DVD on a quality upsclaing player in combination with a quality HDTV. I think you'll find the results are much better than the crappy 300mb encoded stuff people distribute. Back on topic, the series still sucks but at least the uncensored content and fun OVA eps like this make up for it somewhat. @ JockeII
