Umm dude, it's called the mons pubis, it's in front of the pubic bone, and it's especially visible when women are lying on their backs, which pushes the pelvis up...find yourself a post-pubescent woman without a FUPA, dress her up in something skintight or less, lay her down like you're going to fsck her (we both know it's just pretend), and you'll see exactly what I mean.
