Tsukasa is here depicted leading her forces across the Alps to enslave the superior Italian cosplayers.

The iconic original work is of course Napoleon Crossing the Alps, a rather propagandistic piece depicting an equestrian Napoleon leading his forces across the Alps to conquer Italy, modelled on Hannibal and other legendary generals whose naval capabilities were not quite on par with their land aspirations.
