Actually, I don't think this violates the law. I've seen several other Japanese videos sold in Japan (not black market) that are similar.

At least going by the screenshots, they never show the inside. Just the external folds pressed together. I believe as long as they don't show the clitoris, vaginal opening, and parts of the labia minora, they are okay. Normally, AV's just blur out the whole area and of course for men everything is external, so they have to blur everything.

But for women, they can tuck all the bits prohibited by law between the labia majora and show the outside without getting into trouble.

I've even seen some that they obviously have glued the labia majora together to keep anything from peeking out. And some use a small leaf to hide a bit when shooting from certain angles.
