Kannagi fan ire at the besmirchment of goddess Nagi-sama’s marketing push, by wantonly scattering the detritus of Clannad After Story DVD marketing all over it such that Nagi-sama is all but invisible, as you see below, has resulted in the image above: a scathing rebuke to Clannad fans in the form of a parody of Key/Clannad character designer Itaru Hinoue’s peculiar facial style.

see, and my friends ask me why i can’t bear to watch clannad. it’s an anime about girls with downs syndrome or mild elephantiasis or some highly unfortunate combination of both.

Seriously though, Clannad anime adapation artwork looks a lot better than the VN counterpart, obviously. Kyoto Animation did a really great job with their adaptations.

I haven’t watched either shows. But in the previous DVD sales ranking post, Kanagi dropped and Clannad remained. So my vote goes for Clannad since it remained on the top dvd sales lists.

Because I’d rather watch anime about a girl with a spine, surrounded by men with spine; than anime about people who have less than two personalities.

Yeah I hope you’re kidding too, VK Guilty sucks. If keeping stuff to yourself is cool when you shouldn’t, VK Guilty has to be the coolest anime in the world. It’s just a Twilight (english book) anime adaptation; what’s with all these girls and vampires? VK Guilty it weak, seriously.

I like Clannad, but Kannagi will definitely get my vote!
I actually don’t mind the art styles of the Key animes that much, but Kannagi’s art style is much better looking in my opinion. Not only that, but Clannad’s main heroine was rather bland compared to Kanon and Air. Besides, Nagi-sama is more my kind of girl.=P

Despite my fanboyism towards Kyou, but I need to admit that Clannad is a little bit too overrated.
mouth is too high, the style in clannad also happens to be heavily animated. when they cry or whatever the always have these realistic twitches. but yeah kannagi is great too so i can only say i like clannad more than kannagi and AS just because its over with.
