It was sarcasm, but those idiots at UNICEF don't know better... since they think it's the real deal, and those fuckers on 2ch are to blame for their imaginations and the things they post. Sorta like how the Hot Coffee mod got GTA into trouble... or worse yet, the 'no clothing' Oblivion mods got Bethesda's Oblivion game reclassified even though there were no naked textures in the game originally - the press and then the ESA got into the whole 'sex simulator' attacks and then the game got reclassified... all because of stuff that hadn't been included in the game but which had been dumped in by a third party. You just wait - I'll bet UNICEF trots out that pic as an example of how anime promotes pedophilia and bestiality.

Meh, you can't really go after people for turning original items into unintended such. You might as well ban (among other things) apple cider vinegar/wine and kitchen knives, in that case. Because OHNOES you can make concentrated acid that can be used in attacks in the former two cases, and use knives to maim and kill people with. Hell, you might as well ban most plants, in that case, because you can get a various amount of toxic ingredients from them.
