Uh, she's skinny, and shoooort. Remember: The shorter a girl is, the bulkier they will appear when it comes to having a healthy and normal amount of muscle (as opposed to muscular chicks), because the less space the same amount of muscles have to occupy in comparison to taller people. This is also why it's normally unhealthy for people to look skinny, unless they're somewhat tall or really tall. Especially considering how strong Taiga's supposed to be, she's amazingly skinny for her tiny size. Yes, yes, I shouldn't drag in real life physics into anime discussions, kills catgirls dead and whatnot. Bad me.
