Um.... Boobs ARE mostly fat, usually. The amount of glands do vary in individuals, so some have more and others less. But except for in small boobs, it's usually mostly fat. People who haven't had boobjobs (or gotten quite soft/unfirm implants) will have significant effects of gravity on their boobs...

Well, there must be a reason why fat can form so copiously around that area then, right? I mean otherwise breasts that aren't DFC would never exist!
