Why do not they all walk naked? Hmmm, strange culture. But as we say here, every country has it’s own customs (”co kraj, to obyczaj” in my native language).
An old Uzbek (I am not Uzbek, to be direct) man sat on a threshold of his hut completely dressed in a fur and a cap in spite of a decent hot weather. Tourists in t-shirts asked him, why he was dressed so warm. He answered, that undressed people stop thinking.
Have you seen a genius, inventor, notable scientist that walks semi-naked on the streets (OK, Archimedes was an exception and did not jump out from the bathtub directly on the street on purpose). Why cultures, where people usually walk almost naked (like native primary cultures) did not develop to any higher stadium and cultures of the North, where climate coerced proper dressing – built civilization?

it seems these fine women are proud of their body and just want to show it off. im absolutely fine with that :D

seen plenty of low-rise, butt crack and exposed panties of women in the street, not intentionally but the exposure are virtually staring me in the face.

Of course, gals should dress up in nice clothes and look pretty. Even though I am enjoying the sight but I still think that undergarments are meant to be hidden inside of clothes, not exposed to the public.
